While at Eleven Peppers Studios, I’ve helped with a multitude of internal and external-facing projects. The work showcased in the image above reflects various social media posts for holiday observances. When developing these posts, we aim to create graphics that highlight our capabilities as designers while keeping brand consistency.
Holiday Observances
The goal of this piece was to show off the company’s fun and welcoming culture and increase brand awareness. The front of the flyer features customized type and illustrations, while the reverse side highlights key employee benefits. We included a testimonial from a current long-standing employee to add an authentic touch.
Recruitment Flyer
This template marked the launch of a new social media series showcasing how employees utilize their paid time off. The template was built to prioritize the employees’ photo submissions, making sure they are the main visual elements. The template was also designed to be easily reused as new content and images are added. A simple “mark” was also created to maintain consistency across posts in this series.
