The Essence Design System is Temaki’s guidelines for creating web or screen based visuals. They are a streaming service offering shows, movies, and other long-form content for their millennial audience. By starting with research and studying other successful design systems, best practices were implemented in the foundations of this design system. Attention to color choice, spacing, typography, and how elements interact with the user were all applied in the development of these guidelines.
